Description

  • Architect orchestrated AI agent workflows for consumer experiences and complex internal client operations.
  • Own product lifecycles from discovery, research, and strategy through requirements, validation, design, delivery, and launch.
  • Translate complex business requirements and AI capabilities into narratives and measurable outcomes for senior executives.
  • Partner with Design, Engineering, Program Delivery, Marketing, and Client Partnerships to establish direction and validate feasibility.
  • Lead multidisciplinary Design, Strategy, and Technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advise senior clients on business requirements, logic, user needs, and product strategy.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and lead client engagements with agency and consulting rigor.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital agency or consulting environment.
  • Deep experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager shipping large-scale consumer-facing digital products across web, app, CMS, or enterprise platforms.
  • Practical experience with modern AI tools, agentic design, governance, and workflow transformation.
  • Track record of shipping and evaluating AI experiences beyond laboratory or proof-of-concept stages.
  • Understanding of deterministic versus probabilistic systems and how to design for both.
  • Hands-on experience or working fluency with Google Cloud, Vertex AI, or Gemini Enterprise Agents.
  • Experience with Anthropic Claude, including Claude Projects or Skills.
  • Experience with OpenAI or Microsoft Copilot.
  • Must be located in the United States; the role is unavailable in New Mexico, Alaska, Montana, and Hawaii.
