Description

  • Lead the design, build, configuration, and deployment of AI agents and agentic workflows across legal applications.
  • Own and optimize the legal SaaS ecosystem, including CLM, matter management, and DSAR tooling.
  • Design and develop workflow automations and integrations using Workato and similar iPaaS platforms.
  • Partner with attorneys and legal leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Identify and support AI adoption opportunities within day-to-day legal workflows.
  • Contribute to a technically feasible product roadmap and help sequence iterative delivery.
  • Develop KPIs and reporting to measure the business impact of legal technology investments.
  • Monitor the legal tech landscape and surface relevant tools, capabilities, and trends.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with SaaS application configuration, API usage, system integration design, and workflow automation.
  • Experience building and deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments, such as AI agents, agentic workflows, or LLM-powered tools.
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms for integrations and automations.
  • Ability to consult with non-technical business stakeholders and turn ambiguous needs into scoped solutions.
  • Self-directed, highly organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams with autonomy.
  • Strong communication skills across both legal and technical audiences.
  • Experience working in or with legal departments, law firms, or legal tech vendors (preferred).
  • Familiarity with legal technology applications such as CLM systems, matter management, or legal service management platforms (preferred).
  • Experience with enterprise AI tools such as Claude, Glean, or ChatGPT Enterprise (preferred).

  • Annual cash compensation range of $110,900 to $166,400 USD.
  • Eligible roles may receive on-target commission and annual bonus targets.
  • Some roles are eligible for equity through restricted stock units (RSUs).
