Description

  • Own and manage end-to-end proposal and RFP responses for EMEA, supporting a high volume of complex, non-standard sales opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Deal Desk, Marketing, Legal, and Services Partners to gather inputs and produce accurate proposal content.
  • Translate technical, commercial, and legal inputs into customer-ready narratives tailored to each buyer’s needs.
  • Edit, refine, and quality-check proposal responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with HubSpot’s brand and value proposition.
  • Leverage AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate proposal creation while ensuring accuracy, fact-checking, and high-quality outputs.
  • Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving, upmarket sales environment and support sellers during high-pressure deal cycles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes, templates, and content libraries to support scale.
  • Support sellers across EMEA, handling hundreds of proposals annually and managing multiple proposals simultaneously without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a proposal, bid, RFP, pre-sales, sales support, or similar role.
  • Background in tech, SaaS, or professional services (e.g., software, consulting, legal, accounting).
  • Extremely strong written communication, copy editing, and content structuring skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, adapting quickly as deal needs evolve, and managing multiple priorities.
  • Thrives in highly cross-functional environments and understands sales dynamics to effectively support sellers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong judgment to assess risk, accuracy, and relevance in proposal content.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for drafting, research, and validation while understanding their strengths and limitations.
  • Resourceful, flexible, and proactive problem-solver.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise/upmarket sales motions and working with RFPs across EMEA (public & private sector).
  • Preferred: Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tooling (e.g., HubSpot), experience improving proposal processes/templates/knowledge bases, and French language proficiency or a background/interest in marketing, design, or content strategy.
