Description

  • Recommend and define the appropriate implementation approach and ongoing services for HubSpot’s complex upmarket customers.
  • Diagnose customer needs based on business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Create customized implementation plans and recommend Services and/or accredited Solutions Partners based on customers’ unique needs.
  • Work directly with customers and partners to define resource needs, establish clear milestones, project plans, and timelines for execution.
  • Present implementation plans and recommendations to customer executive teams and influence purchase decisions by establishing urgency and certainty.
  • Contribute to growth and alignment of the enterprise practice by improving coordination between Sales and Services and customizing solutions for customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with accredited Solutions Partners to improve recommendation quality, provide partner feedback, and enhance partner accreditations.
  • Provide advice on HubSpot best practices, business process design, deployment planning, and change management to prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • Customer-first mindset with a consultative approach to problem solving.
  • Deep implementation/onboarding expertise with complex SaaS software (CRM, ERP, etc.) for large, complex customers.
  • Experience helping customers drive organizational change and adoption.
  • Proven experience driving value conversations with executive teams.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create a sense of certainty and urgency to guide customer decision-making.
  • Strategic mindset to support customers’ long-term planning and recommend additional products/services.
  • Very detail-oriented with strong project management skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of integrations, APIs, and technical strategy.
  • Experience working with or advising Solutions Partners and contributing to partner development (preferred).
