Description

  • Manage a high volume of inbound website, phone, and chat queries (around 40 inquiries per day).
  • Provide customers with next steps and resources to address product, technical, and purchase questions.
  • Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects via phone and live chat (approximately 8–10 pre-qualifications per day).
  • Schedule discovery calls and book meetings for assigned Account Executives (approximately 3–5 bookings per day).
  • Close deals with small companies for starter and add-on products when appropriate.
  • Identify customer pain points, guide on product use, and demonstrate how HubSpot can meet prospect needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the Inbound Success Coach team to improve customer and internal experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency and clear communication in German and English.
  • Currently based in and authorized to work in Ireland.
  • Strong desire for a sales career; competitive and target-motivated mindset (entry-level candidates welcome).
  • Proactivity and resourcefulness in solving customer issues.
  • Resilience and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, KPI-driven environment.
  • Growth mindset and coachability with willingness to seek and implement feedback.
  • Comfort handling a high daily volume of inquiries and meeting daily booking/pre-qualification targets.
