Description

  • Communicate with customers via phone, live chat, and email to effectively resolve issues and adapt to fluctuating inquiry volumes.
  • Apply troubleshooting frameworks to test, recreate, and investigate technical queries to remove barriers and restore customer workflows quickly.
  • Identify and diagnose software issues and report findings to help improve the product experience for customers.
  • Utilize internal resources and tools to learn, adapt, and support a growing product and fast-changing industry.
  • Apply business acumen in customer interactions to proactively identify growth opportunities and convert them into leads for Sales.
  • Provide thoughtful, empathetic, and complete resolutions tailored to each customer’s overall HubSpot experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Customer Success, Product) to retain and grow customers on the platform.
  • Model HubSpot values and act as a trusted advisor in every customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Live anywhere in Colombia and have a stable internet connection.
  • Submit your CV in English to be considered.
  • Work varied weekday shifts between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm Colombian time, with possible weekend shifts; overtime and holiday shifts are optional and schedules may change based on business need.
  • Self-motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Performance-oriented with a strong customer-first mentality and ability to provide high-quality service to a consistent number of customers daily.
  • Comfortable working autonomously, handling ambiguity, and using good judgment to solve for the customer.
  • Motivated to build technical skills and able to understand basic internet and IT concepts.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, JIRA, and Chrome Developer Tools is a plus; ability to use documented knowledge bases and emerging technologies to provide support.
