Description

  • Lead development and management of project plans for CRM integration projects across discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations.
  • Manage project scheduling and resource allocation, partnering with Resource Managers to predict and assign necessary resources.
  • Create and manage project budgets that reflect scope and resource requirements and ensure delivery within budget.
  • Maintain, distribute, and store all project documentation and prepare timely project briefs, resolving unclear or incomplete situations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders to ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Serve as primary point for project communications: ensure timely client responses, articulate problems, and convene the right people to resolve issues.
  • Assess and control project scope and requirements, analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and manage project risks.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and change management activities to drive client satisfaction and successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or a similar field.
  • Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations or CRM implementation projects.
  • Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent).
  • Experience in a consultancy, agency, or software development organization is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, resources, documentation, and client communications for CRM integrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to form strong interpersonal connections.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments with an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and resourcefulness.
  • Based in Central or Eastern Time zones (role best suited for these time zones) and must have legal right to work and current residency in the USA.
