Description

  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to execute creative vision from concept through installation.
  • Set and lead concept development across campaigns and create space for the team to refine ideas.
  • Manage client relationships and expectations while providing project status and creative resource updates.
  • Participate in resourcing plans and utilization decisions based on the design team’s strengths and capabilities.
  • Lead teams of 4-8 people across multiple fast-moving projects.
  • Develop and lead pitches for client assignments and new business opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technology to keep work forward-thinking.
  • Collaborate with production, technology, and animation teams to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a creative role within an agency or design studio.
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Strong foundation in design principles and brand narrative storytelling across multiple mediums.
  • Proven experience designing around loose briefs in a variety of 3D mediums.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to nurture effective communication internally and with clients, including in a remote environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Slack.
