Description

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to convert online leads into appointments for Houston real estate agents.
  • Qualify and prioritize prospects to assess readiness and potential in the competitive Houston market.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments between prospects and Houston agents.
  • Execute consistent follow-up across calls, texts, voicemails, and emails to maximize engagement and response rates.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date lead and activity data in the CRM system.
  • Track and monitor key performance metrics and conversion rates to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Leverage provided lead databases and marketing engagement (email, resources) to maximize appointment volume.

Requirements

  • 2+ years cold calling experience.
  • At least 12 months experience working remotely.
  • Ability to make a high number of calls each day and convert online leads into appointments within the first 30 days.
  • Proven follow-up strategy using calls, texts, and voicemails to maximize engagement and response rates.
  • Comfortable being on the phone for most of the day and continually refining talk tracks and outreach technique.
  • Texas Real Estate License is a plus (or actively working toward one), but not required.
  • Preference for candidates located in Houston or with prior experience calling for a Houston real estate team or business.
