Description

  • Build, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled automations across core business systems.
  • Take prioritized automation opportunities from design through to production.
  • Automate high-volume, manual administrative workflows across operations, marketing, finance, education, and training.
  • Build automation pipelines using n8n, Zapier/Make, and direct LLM API integrations.
  • Develop API and webhook integrations across Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, Zuora, and Thrive LMS.
  • Implement workflows such as ticket summarization, tagging, routing, and AI triage.
  • Design and implement RAG pipelines and vector database integrations over internal knowledge.
  • Develop, test, version, and improve prompts and model outputs.
  • Build event-triggered automations and AI-enabled reporting on the Mission Control data platform.
  • Apply production engineering practices including error handling, logging, monitoring, documentation, and handover.

Requirements

  • Must work from the UK.
  • 6 months initial contract.
  • Proven delivery of LLM-based automation in production environments.
  • Strong experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Strong API and webhook integration capability.
  • Experience working with OpenAI and/or Anthropic APIs and prompt engineering.
  • Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases.
  • Experience automating CRM systems such as Salesforce and support platforms such as Zendesk is preferred.
  • Experience operating in a B2B SaaS or similarly fast-moving environment.
  • Track record of delivering as a contractor, including scoping, building, and handing over cleanly.
  • Comfort working with non-technical stakeholders to refine requirements.
