Description

  • Provide expert support on Hostinger products through live chat and tickets, resolving technical challenges beyond standard support.
  • Simplify technical issues of varying complexity into clear, actionable steps for customers with different levels of expertise.
  • Contribute to customer experience initiatives as needs evolve.
  • Help improve the Kodee AI Assistant so it can deliver faster, clearer, and more helpful support.
  • Stay current on Hostinger product updates, services, features, and web hosting technologies.
  • Identify smarter, faster, and simpler ways to improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency at C1 level or native, both written and spoken.
  • Experience providing customer support in tech or SaaS environments, ideally through live chat.
  • Strong record of delivering exceptional, customer-focused solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Understanding of web hosting fundamentals, including domains, DNS, emails, control panels, and website troubleshooting.
  • Advanced understanding of web hosting technologies, server management, and performance optimization is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management platforms such as WordPress, hosting control panels such as hPanel or cPanel, email and domain management systems, and customer support platforms is a plus.
  • Experience contributing to or improving AI-powered systems is a plus.
  • Availability for rotation-based schedules that may include weekends and nights.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable workspace for fully remote work.
