Description

  • Lead large or multiple mid-size digital projects involving globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and manage project plans, delivery frameworks, dependencies, risks, and constraints.
  • Advise clients and teams on Agile, hybrid, and product delivery strategies.
  • Manage budgets, burn, velocity, margins, revenue forecasts, and corrective actions.
  • Identify, track, mitigate, and escalate project risks through RAID logs.
  • Serve as the primary client delivery contact and manage status, deliverables, and relationships.
  • Control project scope, prioritize work, estimate changes, and deliver change orders.
  • Lead resourcing and team collaboration across designers, strategists, technologists, and other specialists.
  • Improve delivery processes and contribute to initiatives that mature the Delivery practice.
  • Mentor junior program managers and team members.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading digital projects or programs.
  • At least 2 years of agency or consultancy experience; 5+ years preferred.
  • Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and aligning them with business goals.
  • Expertise with CMS, CRM, CDP, Sitecore, Salesforce, and related digital technologies.
  • Experience managing complex projects, contracts, budgets, profitability, risks, and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Smartsheet and Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Strong consulting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, influence, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience building, leading, mentoring, and motivating high-performing digital teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Agile certifications such as CSM or PMI-ACP preferred.
  • Some travel based on client and business needs.
