Description

  • Lead full-cycle searches for senior technical roles, including Staff+ Engineers, ML Scientists, Data Platform Leaders, and Technical Product Managers.
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, founders, and other hiring leaders.
  • Source, engage, interview, and close top-tier passive technical candidates with high-touch service.
  • Run strategic intake sessions to translate business needs and technical requirements into hiring strategies.
  • Own search outcomes, timelines, and client satisfaction for complex, high-impact recruiting engagements.
  • Test Moon Engine in production and provide feedback on what works, what does not, and what should be improved.
  • Adopt and refine AI-assisted recruiting workflows such as sourcing, scoring, screening, and matching.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to inform product requirements and roadmap decisions.
  • Document best practices for AI-enabled recruiting and help build the internal playbook.
  • Onboard enterprise clients, lead training sessions, and advise on AI-first recruiting operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent with a track record of closing senior or leadership roles.
  • Strong client relationship skills with the ability to advise executives, push back when needed, and build long-term partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to attract, engage, and close passive candidates at the highest levels.
  • Deep recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing, intake, interviewing, offer negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn how it can augment recruiting work.
  • Growth mindset and comfort learning new tools, experimenting with new workflows, and operating with some ambiguity.
  • Bonus: Prior experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or AI sourcing platforms in recruiting work.
  • Bonus: Background at high-growth tech companies, recruiting agencies, or technical recruiting teams.
  • Bonus: Experience with recruiting process automation, workflow improvements, or efficiency hacks.
  • Bonus: Comfort giving product feedback and working closely with technical teams.
