Description

  • Partner with subject matter experts to extract knowledge, develop learning content, and manage production timelines.
  • Define learning strategies, formats, sequencing, and scope for pilots, rollouts, and network changes.
  • Design and produce training materials, educational modules, reference guides, facilitator guides, and job aids.
  • Deliver virtual and in-person training for franchise owners, office staff, Care Pros, and other audiences.
  • Manage LMS content, including publication, accessibility, maintenance, retirement, and vendor coordination.
  • Measure training effectiveness through completion data, assessments, behavioral adoption metrics, and feedback.
  • Analyze learning data and iterate content based on performance and participant feedback.
  • Manage training workstreams using project plans, milestones, dependencies, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking.
  • Support broader Network Innovation Office initiatives, including pilot coordination, vendor management, change management, and stakeholder communications.
  • Model company leadership principles focused on mission alignment, accountability, impact, collaboration, integrity, and excellence.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, or training program management.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools.
  • Experience designing adult learning experiences and training materials.
  • Project management experience managing multiple deliverables, timelines, stakeholders, and dependencies.
  • Ability to measure learning outcomes beyond completion rates, including behavior change and performance improvement.
  • Strong collaboration skills for working with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, education, organizational development, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, franchising, or multi-unit operations preferred.
  • Availability during general company working hours, with flexible start and stop times based on location.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for regional meetings, franchise owner conferences, and other key events.
