Description

  • Lead end-to-end customer implementations of Ridgeline’s enterprise platform with accountability for delivery.
  • Define project scope, allocate resources, and develop execution plans aligned to customer goals and company standards.
  • Communicate with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment and transparency.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage project budgets and schedules while balancing efficiency and adaptability.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal and external partners through clear, credible communication.
  • Take ownership of critical project tasks and step in hands-on when needed to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by leading with resilience, positivity, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise software implementations for investment management clients.
  • Deep understanding of investment management workflows, including front- and back-office operations.
  • Strong command of project management practices and methodologies, with experience managing cross-functional resources.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience engaging with senior leadership and multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Willingness to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve project efficiency and communication.
  • Domestic travel required 25–50%.
  • Familiarity with Agile principles and software development life cycles (preferred).
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Mavenlink, and Slack (preferred).
  • Understanding of cloud technology concepts including AWS, APIs, and serverless infrastructure (preferred).
  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 (preferred).
  • Must be work authorized in the United States without employer sponsorship.

  • Starting salary range of $187,000–$234,000 OTE.
