Description

  • Edit 10+ publish-ready short-form videos per week across multiple practice brands.
  • Transform raw surgeon footage, before-and-after assets, and treatment b-roll into Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Build strong hooks, clean captions, sharp pacing, and sound design that maintain attention and support bookings.
  • Edit before-and-after content with careful framing, patient consent, and platform compliance for Meta and TikTok.
  • Keep videos aligned with each practice’s brand system, including fonts, color, and tone of voice.
  • Repurpose long-form content such as consults, webinars, and podcasts into short clip packs.
  • Use AI tools to speed up turnaround while maintaining originality and quality.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with social, content, and design teams and implement brief feedback and revision notes without heavy oversight.

Requirements

  • A short-form portfolio that demonstrates strong hooks, pacing, and captioning.
  • Ability to consistently produce high weekly output, not just one standout edit.
  • Daily, fluent use of AI video tools as part of an actual editing workflow.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Ability to overlap with US working hours at times.
  • Self-directed work style with the ability to follow briefs, use brand kits, flag issues early, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience editing aesthetics, plastic surgery, medical, beauty, or wellness content is preferred.
  • Experience editing for multiple brands or in an agency environment is preferred.
  • Motion graphics skills in After Effects for surgeon explainers, lower-thirds, and treatment animations is preferred.
  • Color grading ability with attention to natural, flattering skin tones is preferred.
  • Strong instinct for current TikTok and Reels formats, trends, and audio is preferred.
  • Current valid authorization to work in the country where applying is required; no visa sponsorship is offered.
