Description

  • Lead full-cycle implementation projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare, typically over 30–90 days.
  • Own and manage 1–2 concurrent client implementations based on workload.
  • Conduct project scoping, requirements gathering, and solution design with clients.
  • Configure and deploy CCaaS and UCaaS platforms such as Zoom, Five9, Genesys, Dialpad, or similar systems.
  • Manage technical setup including number porting, routing configuration, system provisioning, and UAT testing.
  • Support integration and configuration of APIs and connected systems where applicable.
  • Facilitate client onboarding sessions, training, and implementation workshops.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including IT, project managers, and support teams to ensure delivery success.
  • Create and maintain implementation documentation, onboarding guides, and technical playbooks.
  • Identify implementation risks, troubleshoot deployment issues, and recommend solutions in real time.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to vendor support or operations teams after go-live.

Requirements

  • Experience with CCaaS and/or UCaaS platforms such as Zoom, Genesys, Five9, Dialpad, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of system configuration, telephony setup, and call flow design.
  • Experience with integrations, APIs, and technical implementation workflows.
  • Background in SaaS onboarding, technical consulting, or implementation engineering.
  • Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to manage complex implementation timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues during live implementations.
  • Strong English communication skills; fluent proficiency required.
  • Confident leading client-facing calls, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional environment.
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to translate technical work into clear processes.
  • Experience designing or managing backend workflows for operational processes is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with automation testing and data extraction from PDFs or other structured documents is a bonus.
  • Experience working in startup or remote operations environments is a bonus.
  • Exposure to HIPAA-compliant processes or healthcare operational workflows is a bonus.
