Description

  • Build, configure, and maintain workflows in Monday.com or equivalent task management systems.
  • Create API integrations and connections between platforms such as HumbleFax, Jotform, Google Workspace, and automation scripts.
  • Automate repetitive processes to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage the full intake process, including incoming faxes, emails, and system entries, with accurate routing, triage, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting across connected boards to provide real-time visibility into intake, processing times, compliance flags, and escalations.
  • Document processes, workflows, and automation logic to support consistency and knowledge transfer.
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operational systems and propose scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Program Managers, Case Managers, and leadership teams on technical solutions and business outcomes.
  • Support leadership-led operational initiatives focused on automation and process improvement.
  • Assist with future-state automation using AI-assisted tools once manual workflows are stabilized.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise with Monday.com or equivalent workflow/task management systems such as ClickUp or Asana.
  • Experience with system integrations, automation, and API connections.
  • Familiarity with Selenium, HumbleFax, Jotform, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly and adapt to complex workflows.
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting that provide actionable insights.
  • Ability to document processes clearly for cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and coordinate with non-technical staff.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience designing or managing backend workflows for operational processes (bonus).
  • Familiarity with automation testing and data extraction from PDFs or other structured documents (bonus).
  • Experience working in startup or remote operations environments (bonus).
  • Exposure to HIPAA-compliant processes or healthcare operational workflows (bonus).
