Description

  • Serve as the primary administrator for Paylocity HRIS, maintaining employee records and system accuracy.
  • Audit HRIS data regularly and update employee information to ensure data integrity.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows in Paylocity to support HR initiatives and metrics.
  • Troubleshoot HRIS issues and coordinate with Paylocity support when needed.
  • Manage system upgrades and new feature rollouts, including training staff on new functionality.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires, including offer letters, welcome packets, document collection, and HRIS entry.
  • Schedule orientation sessions, ensure new hire paperwork is completed, and communicate with relevant departments to support onboarding.
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, access deactivation, and final paperwork.
  • Support HR compliance by maintaining employee files, tracking certifications, and monitoring policy adherence.
  • Collaborate with payroll and other teams to submit accurate employee status changes, support employee inquiries, and improve HRIS processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration.
  • Paylocity HRIS experience required.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and labor laws preferred.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations preferred.
