Description

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and financial close activities.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to senior leadership.
  • Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance.
  • Assist with audits, tax filings, and risk management activities.
  • Mentor junior finance or accounting staff as responsibilities increase.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred, depending on the role.
  • 5–10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly.
  • Leadership potential and readiness to step into senior responsibilities.
