Description

  • Act as a strategic advisor to founders and senior leaders on talent feasibility, role design, and workforce strategy.
  • Shift client conversations from reactive hiring to proactive scaling and growth planning.
  • Develop 30-, 60-, and 90-day growth roadmaps with clear milestones and actionable next steps.
  • Research industries, competitors, hiring trends, and company signals to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Recruitment and Sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Improve workflows to increase speed, alignment, and candidate quality across the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with Enablement teams to confirm readiness criteria such as tool access, onboarding preparedness, and candidate availability.
  • Maintain accurate and current information across internal systems.
  • Strengthen existing client relationships by providing strategic insights and innovative solutions.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, expansion, partnership, and referral opportunities within the client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in strategic partnerships, client advisory, growth strategy, or account management.
  • Background in recruiting leadership, outsourcing, consulting, or distributed workforce models.
  • Strong understanding of scaling teams, especially offshore or remote structures.
  • Comfortable engaging with and influencing founders and senior decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker who balances long-term vision with practical execution.
  • Highly process-oriented with strong systems thinking.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and expectation-setting skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps that can support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds an Intel Core i3 and can function during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and a smartphone for communication and verification.
