Description

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to build a sales pipeline.
  • Identify key decision-makers and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, follow-ups, and results in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach with campaigns and initiatives.
  • Learn the company’s products and services to communicate their value to prospects.
  • Research potential clients and tailor outreach to their needs.
  • Manage multiple prospects simultaneously while tracking progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • B2B sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of cold calling or lead generation experience in IT staffing and professional services.
  • Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation with a strong track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, engaging approach.
  • Ability to research and identify potential clients and tailor outreach accordingly.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Experience working with Western companies (preferred).
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
  • Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps that can support work during a power outage.
  • Desktop or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent processor, and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor and is functional during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
