Description

  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and address issues or deviations from the plan.
  • Coordinate project tasks, assignments, and timelines across departments.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to keep everyone updated.
  • Support project risk identification and mitigation planning.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and presentations related to project activities.
  • Gather and organize project requirements, feedback, and stakeholder input.
  • Suggest process enhancements and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business or Project Management.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
  • At least 15 Mbps main internet speed and at least 10 Mbps backup internet speed.
  • Desktop or laptop with an i5 processor and at least 8 GB RAM, plus an i3 processor backup machine.
  • Backup equipment must still function during a power interruption.
  • A webcam.
  • A noise-canceling USB headset.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office.
