Description

  • Develop and execute lead generation and referral strategies to consistently produce warm, qualified prospects for intake and conversion.
  • Build, manage, and optimize outbound and referral outreach campaigns targeting private-pay prospects and referral partners.
  • Source, research, organize, clean, segment, and maintain prospect and referral lists to support targeted outreach and conversion.
  • Conduct structured multi-channel outreach (calls, SMS, email) using approved messaging and compliance standards.
  • Qualify prospects based on service need, urgency, location, and suitability, and nurture leads through structured follow-up cycles until ready for pre-assessment.
  • Schedule and confirm pre-assessment appointments directly with the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion and update internal calendars.
  • Conduct pre-assessment calls when required to support the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion during high-volume or urgent periods.
  • Accurately update CRM stages, notes, tags, tasks, and communication logs in real time after every interaction.
  • Notify Managing Member and Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion when leads become warm, pre-assessments are booked, or conversions occur.
  • Produce weekly lead generation and referral performance reports (lead volume, warm leads, campaign effectiveness) and recommend improvements; continuously refine cadence, messaging, targeting, and list quality based on metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in lead generation, outreach campaigns, appointment setting, or referral development (healthcare/home care strongly preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume lead pipelines and design/execute outbound and referral campaign strategies.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret metrics and optimize outreach performance and conversion outcomes.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional, clear, and empathetic interaction style.
  • High organizational discipline, strong follow-through, and reliable real-time CRM documentation.
  • Demonstrated judgment, confidentiality, and professional ethics; must adhere to strict data protection and proprietary information rules.
  • Behavioral expectations: strategic and proactive contributor, disciplined follow-up, responsive, and collaborative with intake, recruitment, and administrative teams.
  • Primary internet connection minimum 15 Mbps and backup connection minimum 10 Mbps (backup must support work during power outage).
  • Primary device: desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or Intel Core i3 (10th gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent) and minimum 8 GB RAM; backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance; functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office, and a smartphone for communication/verification.
