Description

  • Manage customer email communication regarding order status, documentation, and updates.
  • Enter customer orders into QuickBooks or an ERP system.
  • Prepare export documents, packing lists, certificates, and shipping documents.
  • Coordinate shipment details with freight forwarders.
  • Prepare weekly reports on order and shipping activity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing customer service or order processing.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or ERP systems.
  • Experience handling international shipments preferred.
  • Excellent written English.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational habits.
  • Process-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • High accountability and proactive communication.
  • Prior experience in sales and customer support, or customer assistance at music festivals or large events, is preferred.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments with high message or customer interaction volumes.
  • Meets minimum technical requirements: 15 Mbps primary internet, 10 Mbps backup internet capable of operating during power outages, and a desktop/laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 8th gen / Core i3 10th gen / AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent, 8 GB RAM, plus a backup device meeting at least Intel Core i3 performance.
  • Has a functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office, and smartphone for communication and verification.
