Description

  • Act as the primary point of contact for students throughout their learning experience.
  • Host weekly group calls and live support sessions during workshops and intensives.
  • Respond to chats and engage with the community in the client’s Facebook Group.
  • Participate in Monday morning meetings and other scheduled sessions.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including CRM updates and communications.
  • Assist with client onboarding and help ensure a positive program experience.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and presence for live calls and interactions.
  • Support client success through strong communication, multitasking, and time management.
  • Be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends for events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Preferred 3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in social work, teaching, or other people-centric roles is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, including GoHighLevel as a plus.
  • Experience with Zoom, calendar booking tools, spreadsheets, and other digital tools.
  • Availability to work 20-25 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evenings and weekends.
  • Commitment to Monday morning meetings at 9:30 AM EST and Thursdays at 11 AM EST.
  • A positive, professional attitude with a belief in self-improvement and personal responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in high-stress situations.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop within the team.
  • Primary internet connection with at least 15 Mbps and backup internet with at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop meeting processor and 8 GB RAM requirements, plus a functional backup device.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet home office space, and smartphone.
