Description

  • Generate new leads and develop new business opportunities.
  • Manage inbound sales opportunities and support the closing of new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct cold calling and manage outbound sales activity.
  • Maintain and update CRM databases and sales records.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows and conferences.
  • Build and manage customer relationships with prospects and leads.
  • Attend and contribute to organizational meetings and retreats.
  • Learn and adapt company systems and processes to support immediate success.

Requirements

  • Experience in outside sales, inside sales, lead generation, digital marketing, healthcare sales/marketing, or consulting services sales/marketing is preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong "whatever it takes" attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team, remain coachable, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong desire to contribute across the organization and collaborate with all team members.
  • Exceptional communication skills and comfort interacting with diverse groups of people.
  • Consistently self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to learn quickly, react quickly, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps and a backup connection of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 8th generation or newer, Intel Core i3 10th generation or newer, AMD Ryzen 5, or equivalent, plus at least 8 GB RAM.
  • Backup device that meets or exceeds an Intel Core i3 processor and functions during power interruptions.
  • Functioning webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, quiet dedicated home office space, and smartphone for communication and verification.
