Description

  • Build and manage weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with brand growth and consultation goals.
  • Create original reels, short-form videos, carousel posts, stories, and static graphics across major social platforms.
  • Edit short-form videos with effective hooks, pacing, captions, and clean cuts.
  • Write clear, professional, engaging captions and on-brand copy in fluent English.
  • Schedule and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn using appropriate tools.
  • Monitor comments and inbox messages, responding professionally or routing sensitive inquiries appropriately.
  • Track platform analytics and use performance insights to improve future content.
  • Maintain a warm, approachable, and professional legal brand voice.
  • Collaborate with the attorney and team to develop educational topics and manage timely approvals.
  • Manage multiple deadlines while maintaining consistent content quality.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong short-form video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Strong social graphic and carousel design skills using Canva or comparable tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional tone.
  • Content planning and scheduling experience, including familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
  • Experience supporting a U.S.-based law firm or professional services brand preferred.
  • Ability to create accurate, compliant educational content, particularly for Family Law topics.
  • Experience building reusable content systems, templates, hooks, or topic banks preferred.
  • Paid Meta social campaign, community management, or lead-handling experience preferred; authentic original work is required and AI-generated or template-only portfolios will not be considered.

Benefits

  • Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time.
  • Monthly compensation of $1,500–$1,600.
