Description

  • Coordinate and support B2B events such as roundtables, networking events, and industry events.
  • Assist with venue sourcing, vendors, and event logistics.
  • Manage event registrations, guest lists, and event communications.
  • Support on-site event setup and execution.
  • Track attendance and leads after events.
  • Assist with email invites and simple campaign coordination.
  • Support the preparation of event materials such as slides, emails, and basic assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including marketing and sales.
  • Maintain simple trackers for events and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in events, marketing, or coordination roles.
  • Experience supporting or organising events, with corporate or B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Comfortable with hands-on, on-site event work.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
