Description

  • Act as the primary point of coordination between clients and freelance talent.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts.
  • Translate briefs into clear delivery plans and workflows.
  • Align stakeholders on scope, timelines, and expectations.
  • Oversee execution of social media content and campaign assets, copywriting and editorial content, and digital creative such as ads, banners, and landing pages.
  • Track progress, deadlines, and quality across all deliverables.
  • Ensure outputs meet client expectations and agreed standards.
  • Proactively manage delivery risks and bottlenecks.
  • Maintain structured workflows from brief through execution to final delivery.
  • Coordinate freelancers across concurrent workstreams and maintain visibility across active projects.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in project management, account management, or delivery roles.
  • Strong understanding of digital content and creative production workflows.
  • Experience working with freelance or distributed teams.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in agencies, creative studios, or talent platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to social media or content-led campaigns is preferred.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing environments is preferred.
