Description

  • Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations including planning, execution, go-live and hypercare.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, milestones and overall project governance.
  • Drive risk and issue management and implement mitigation and escalation plans.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with consultants, solution architects, technical teams and other cross-functional resources.
  • Facilitate client calls, workshops, stakeholder meetings and change-management activities.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting, presentations and status updates to client stakeholders.
  • Manage scope changes, competing priorities, resource coordination and escalations to keep projects on track.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Project Management / Implementation roles.
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise SaaS implementations end-to-end.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams (consultants, technical teams, architects) and client stakeholders including executive communication.
  • Strong experience in risk mitigation, issue resolution, multi-project management and prioritisation.
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project (or equivalent), Excel (tracking/reporting) and PowerPoint (presentations).
  • Contract: 30 hours per week for 6 months, ideally starting April 2026, with potential for extension or full-time conversion.
  • Nice-to-have: experience with EHSQ, compliance, or safety/quality systems.
  • Nice-to-have: background in regulated industries (e.g., manufacturing, energy) and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
