Description

  • Design, develop, and evolve dashboards, KPI frameworks, and self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Deliver timely, accurate, and actionable insights for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify analytical opportunities and define reporting requirements.
  • Define and execute the Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap aligned with company objectives.
  • Own and maintain the BI platform as the central source of truth for operational, commercial, product, and financial reporting.
  • Establish BI standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for scalable and reliable analytics.
  • Prioritize BI initiatives based on business value, strategic impact, and organizational priorities.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, Commercial, Clinical, Leadership, Operations, Data Engineering, and IT teams on analytics needs and data architecture.
  • Lead end-to-end BI initiatives from requirements gathering through design, development, deployment, and adoption.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management initiatives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience building scalable BI solutions using Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts.
  • Experience working with data warehouses and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Azure Synapse.
  • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics is preferred.
  • Experience in Agile project management environments and relevant certifications such as Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure, or AWS are preferred.
