Description

  • Define and execute a holistic product growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the cross-functional growth organization within the Product team.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Support, Product Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, and other teams to identify and deliver growth opportunities.
  • Design and deploy growth loops, reward systems, and game mechanics that drive engagement, habit formation, and referrals.
  • Identify and track upstream actions that influence trial-to-paid conversion, customer lifetime value, and churn.
  • Lead and mentor Product Managers and Growth Analysts while fostering experimentation and collaboration.
  • Build a culture of rigorous A/B testing and rapid iteration across onboarding, pricing, and engagement funnels.
  • Collaborate with analytics and finance teams to translate growth data into actionable insights and executive reporting.
  • Drive scalable SaaS B2B2C growth across both business and end-user layers.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, or Product-Led Growth roles within high-growth SaaS environments.
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing Product Managers or cross-functional growth teams.
  • Proven experience designing and optimizing growth loops, reward systems, and game mechanics.
  • Deep experience with SaaS B2B2C business models and scaling multi-tenant customer networks.
  • Strong ability to identify upstream actions that predict and influence activation, conversion, and churn.
  • Experience with hypothesis-driven testing, cohort analysis, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or an advanced degree preferred.
