Description

Identify and close gaps in the workflow funnel from creation to execution to improve activation and adoption.
Drive initiatives that reduce time to value and help users launch their first meaningful automation faster.
Lead efforts to improve retention and engagement so workflows become a high-usage product.
Simplify complex concepts, refine the user interface, and reduce friction in critical workflow paths.
Expand and improve templates, hotlinks, and suggested workflows to better connect user intent with execution.
Analyze support tickets and user feedback to identify common sources of confusion or setup failure.
Manage workflow feature requests, prioritize updates, and ensure timely execution of essential enhancements.
Collaborate with product teams across CRM, Reporting, Payments, AI, and Integrations on cross-functional workflow improvements.
Track product metrics to identify usability bottlenecks, adoption trends, and optimization opportunities.
Work closely with engineering and design to deliver scalable workflow features and builder-like experiences.

Requirements

4 to 6 years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS or automation platforms.
Experience shipping complex, user-facing features in a fast-paced environment.
Experience owning large-scale, customer-facing product platforms.
Experience with workflow automation tools or CRM platforms is a plus.
Background in Product Management or Software Development.
Strong ability to understand user problems and make trade-offs between power and simplicity.
Comfort analyzing usage data, funnels, and support patterns to generate actionable insights.
Understanding of the product development lifecycle and SaaS product delivery.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret user behavior and optimize workflow functionality.
Experience with workflow builders, automations, no-code or low-code platforms, and cross-team platform work is preferred.
Experience running feature discovery and validation with beta users is preferred.
Experience partnering with design to simplify complex systems is preferred.
Ability to write clear, structured PRDs and communicate roadmap tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Experience using tools like Superset, Pendo, or Tableau to inform product decisions.
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms is a plus.
