Description

  • Translate business requirements into scalable, production-grade solutions.
  • Design and implement frontend and backend systems, APIs, and workflows.
  • Rapidly prototype solutions, validate them with users, and iterate to production quality.
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Monitor applications, maintain documentation, and improve engineering processes.
  • Own feature delivery from concept through production with minimal cycle time.
  • Balance speed, quality, and performance while continuously improving the product experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience shipping full-stack production systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership.
  • Experience with APIs, backend services, and modern frontend frameworks.
  • Understanding of scalability, performance, and reliability trade-offs.
  • Experience with VueJS, NodeJS, or GoLang.
  • Experience building CRM or task/workflow management products preferred.
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, analytics, or monitoring tools preferred.
  • Strong frontend and UX sensibility preferred.
  • Portfolio or GitHub featuring deployed projects preferred.
