Description

  • Own complex product features end-to-end, including problem discovery, solution design, implementation, launch, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with product teams to shape priorities, challenge assumptions, and turn ambiguous problems into effective user experiences.
  • Build polished, responsive interfaces using React and TypeScript.
  • Prototype and refine interactions using code, design tools, and AI.
  • Improve interaction, motion, responsiveness, loading states, transitions, and microinteractions.
  • Build and evolve reusable frontend components and the design system.
  • Identify and improve weaknesses in the existing product experience.
  • Maintain high standards for performance, accessibility, reliability, and frontend engineering quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building high-quality, customer-facing web products.
  • Excellent knowledge of React, TypeScript, modern CSS, HTML, browser APIs, and modern frontend architecture.
  • Experience owning and shipping complex product features end-to-end.
  • Strong product and UX judgment with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience building sophisticated animations, interactive UIs, and complex transitions.
  • Experience developing responsive, high-performance web applications and reusable component systems.
  • Strong understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, cross-browser behavior, and modern engineering practices.
  • Ability to turn ambiguous product problems into concrete solutions and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup, handling multiple problems, and communicating proactively within a distributed team.
  • AI-native workflow for product exploration, implementation, debugging, and iteration; experience with design systems, Figma, browser extensions, or Web3 is preferred.
