Description

  • Define and drive product adoption strategy across products, features, and customer segments.
  • Identify adoption barriers and develop frameworks to measure customer progress from onboarding through expansion.
  • Analyze funnels, cohorts, feature usage, customer journeys, and behavioral patterns to uncover opportunities.
  • Establish adoption metrics, success criteria, and executive reporting on product performance and risks.
  • Translate customer and product insights into recommendations that influence roadmaps and investment priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue teams.
  • Create ownership models, operating rhythms, metrics, and accountability for adoption programs.
  • Ensure product launches include strategies for achieving meaningful customer adoption.
  • Develop customer feedback loops and combine quantitative data with qualitative insights to identify root causes.
  • Build a scalable operating model connecting adoption with retention, expansion, and customer value.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Strategy, Growth, Product Management, Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, or related functions.
  • Meaningful leadership experience and a track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience driving product adoption, activation, engagement, retention, or product-led growth in a technology or SaaS business.
  • Ability to use product and customer data to identify problems and guide strategic decisions.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, cohorts, segmentation, experimentation, retention, and customer lifecycle metrics.
  • Experience influencing product roadmaps and senior stakeholders without relying solely on direct authority.
  • Ability to operate between executive-level strategy and hands-on problem solving.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, including translating complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, SMB products, platform businesses, or multi-product ecosystems preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in a global, cross-functional organization.
