Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with transportation directors, maintenance staff, drivers, and operations teams.
  • Guide customers through onboarding, training, and ongoing support for electric school bus adoption.
  • Project-manage internal and external teams and coordinate with bus dealers and OEMs.
  • Monitor accounts, identify issues, and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Customize service offerings to meet customers’ operational needs.
  • Analyze performance data and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to technology, project development, and other stakeholder teams.
  • Partner with dealers, OEMs, and maintenance teams to improve operational efficiency and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Project Management, Partnership Management, or Account Management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong project management, written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites monthly.
  • Data-driven problem-solving approach.
  • Experience with customer service ticketing systems, workflows, tools, and processes.
  • Experience working with senior- and executive-level customer contacts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving processes.
  • Understanding of web applications and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Experience in a non-SaaS industry or with municipal or government entities preferred.
