Description

  • Manage and prioritize the product and feature backlog for HiddenLayer’s AI security platform.
  • Translate customer needs, technical insights, and adversarial AI threat trends into product capabilities and detection techniques.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and threat research teams to define requirements and deliver product enhancements.
  • Maintain awareness of the adversarial AI threat landscape and MITRE ATLAS to prioritize detection needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and drive product improvements.
  • Define product requirements, use cases, and specifications in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Coordinate product launches and develop go-to-market strategies with marketing, sales, and support teams.
  • Bridge communication across sales engineering, product development, data science, threat research, and professional services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
  • In-depth knowledge of AI techniques, algorithms, frameworks, and AI operations tools.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, threat research, marketing, sales, and support.
  • Proficiency in Agile product development methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Prior experience developing and/or launching machine learning and/or cybersecurity products is a plus.
  • Background as a technical product manager in data science, MLOps, or cybersecurity is a fit for the role.
  • Experience as a data scientist, AI engineer, or developer looking to transition into product management is also a fit.
  • Flexible, adaptable, self-starter with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented attitude with intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability, and a positive approach.
