Description

  • Design high-performing static and motion ad assets for Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and display placements.
  • Create conversion-optimized paid social creative in formats such as feed ads, carousels, stories, Reels, and TikTok-native vertical assets.
  • Develop ad toolkits and creative concepts that balance brand credibility with direct-response urgency.
  • Create UGC-driven overlays, hooks, captions, and framing that improve conversion.
  • Edit and iterate short-form performance video using tools such as CapCut, After Effects, or Premiere.
  • Adapt video creative for platform-specific pacing, structure, and calls to action.
  • Design Amazon conversion creative for Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, Storefronts, PDP thumbnails, and deal campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Amazon Growth stakeholders to iterate creative based on marketplace performance signals.
  • Drive structured creative testing and iteration using performance data such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, and engagement metrics.
  • Design conversion-focused email templates and modular lifecycle systems for campaigns, automations, launches, and seasonal promotions.
  • Build repeatable design systems, reusable components, and organized Figma libraries to support high-output production.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, Lifecycle, UGC, and Brand teams on launches, sprints, and campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience designing for DTC brands, preferably in wellness, supplements, or CPG.
  • 2+ years of experience in a performance-driven creative role focused on paid media conversion.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-performing ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and/or Amazon.
  • Experience designing lifecycle email templates that drive measurable results.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Comfort using video editing tools such as CapCut, After Effects, Premiere, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance optimization methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices and creative constraints.
  • Experience with DTC paid social and TikTok creative trends.
  • Experience designing for Amazon marketplace growth, including DSP, sponsored placements, and Storefronts, preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the role.
  • Experience designing in regulated wellness categories where trust and compliance matter is a plus.
