Description

  • Lead the technology vision and development of core components of the Pavillio home care agency management and caregiver platform.
  • Design and develop new features and services across the frontend Angular stack and backend Go stack.
  • Optimize system performance by identifying and remediating bottlenecks.
  • Promote experimentation and innovation by exploring new technologies, tools, and methodologies.
  • Mentor software engineers and foster collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
  • Help determine priorities, options, and tradeoffs across key technical decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define software requirements and goals.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve quality and team efficiency.
  • Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure consistent software quality.
  • Enhance and maintain the CI/CD pipeline to automate builds and streamline deployments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering roles building on modern architectures and frameworks.
  • Deep experience in backend development with technologies such as Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, SQS, and observability tools.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
  • Experience architecting, building, and delivering complex, high-performance SaaS solutions in cloud environments such as AWS.
  • Experience with microservices and serverless architectures.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize and plan work independently.
  • Flexible and able to work effectively as a team player.
  • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to improve productivity and innovation.
  • Travel availability of 5-10%, including overnight domestic and international travel.
