Description

  • Orchestrate weekly meetings with the core project team.
  • Draft and circulate communications to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Follow up with team members on outstanding tasks and deliverables.
  • Coordinate timelines and dependencies across the project.
  • Work closely with the capability building team to support training roll-out.
  • Support smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Help drive effective change management and adoption.

Requirements

  • Proven project management experience in cross-functional or matrix environments.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple moving parts.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder updates and team alignment.
  • Ability to support change management initiatives and ensure adoption.
  • Experience with scheduling, task follow-up, and basic project governance.
  • Experience working in a self-managing team environment.
  • Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across functions.
