Description

  • Act as a strategic finance partner to senior management by providing financial insights that support decision-making and value creation.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of the global Nutrition business strategy.
  • Lead monthly forecasting cycles, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Oversee month-end closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Analyze and explain variances versus budget, forecast, and prior periods in collaboration with the business.
  • Deliver monthly sales, profitability, and performance reporting to management.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards, Power BI reporting tools, and KPI tracking frameworks.
  • Support the Management Board with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • Coordinate transfer pricing processes, insurance policy execution, treasury-related activities, and financial governance alignment.
  • Design, test, and improve reporting frameworks, financial models, BtB reporting processes, production reporting packages, and ORM structures.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in a Finance Business Partnering or controlling role within an international, matrix environment.
  • Proven track record of working closely with senior leadership, directors, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in global financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Background in highly operational, business-facing finance roles.
  • Advanced skills in financial modelling, forecasting processes, and management reporting.
  • Experience building and improving BI dashboards and finance reporting tools; Power BI exposure is required.
  • Ability to take full ownership of processes, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights.
  • Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Proactive mindset with strong accountability and end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
  • Fluency in English.
