Description

  • Lead the overall Change Management workstream for the WX (IFM as a Service) transformation.
  • Guide Markets through the transition of workplace and facilities activities to GBS while maintaining readiness and business continuity.
  • Manage changes to roles, responsibilities, and ways of working as activities move from local execution to service-driven collaboration.
  • Support the setup and scaling of GBS as the new IFM service delivery organization, including capability building and onboarding.
  • Establish effective ways of working, accountability, alignment, and performance management between Markets and GBS.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption across impacted teams and leaders.

Requirements

  • Experience leading organizational change in large, complex, multi-market environments.
  • Experience managing operating model shifts, process-driven transformations, and service-oriented transitions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confidence guiding senior leaders and impacted teams through organizational transition.
  • Structured, proactive, and empathetic approach to change management.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution across Markets and GBS.
