Description

  • Own the product execution framework by ensuring menus are planned and finalized in line with Product and Culinary strategy and operational constraints.
  • Run and maintain the menu planning tool (GAMP) to generate menu iterations and adjust constraints as needed.
  • Perform final checks on costs, variety, and seasonality before seeking approval from the Menu Strategy Manager.
  • Track menu costs throughout planning and drive initiatives to meet cost, performance, and variety KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Culinary and Supply Chain teams to resolve operational and supply challenges on upcoming menus.
  • Review customer feedback and recipe performance data and turn insights into recommendations for future menus.
  • Support the optimization of recurring planning processes to improve menu quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product operations or a similar field.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency is essential.
  • SQL experience is a definite plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a highly data-driven approach.
  • Experience working in high-pressure environments and solving technical system issues.
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly with local leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Genuine interest in food and enthusiasm for the mission of disrupting the grocery industry.
  • Applicants should be willing to share salary expectations and a preferred start date.
