Description

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Management Specialists handling SKU lifecycle changes.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of the Data Management service portfolio across multiple markets.
  • Provide performance management, coaching, and professional development to build a high-performing team.
  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks for SKU master data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Implement quality assurance practices, including four-eye review principles and error-prevention controls.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Procurement Master Data Management within Supply Chain Shared Services.
  • Develop and manage KPI frameworks and operational dashboards to monitor service performance and data accuracy.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts to standardize and harmonize SKU management processes globally.
  • Identify and implement automation, tooling enhancements, and workflow optimization with Product and Technology teams.
  • Partner with Procurement, Food Safety, Supply Chain Planning, and Product teams to ensure accurate data flows and operational alignment.
  • Manage escalations and resolve operational issues to maintain service continuity and minimize business disruption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain operations, procurement operations, master data management, or a comparable operational environment.
  • At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience in operational or shared services organizations.
  • Strong experience working with ERP/MRP systems and managing operational data workflows.
  • Proven track record of developing and managing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and operational performance dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
