Description

  • Assist stakeholders with implementing food safety and compliance processes, including supplier and product onboarding.
  • Evaluate root causes of customer-reported errors related to food safety and quality.
  • Apply industry expertise to help stakeholders implement best-practice product quality specifications.
  • Analyze internally and externally reported food safety and quality issues and share trend insights with category managers.
  • Verify the completeness and accuracy of information in user-facing systems.
  • Correct FSQA data discrepancies in accordance with preset guidelines and regulations.
  • Populate data across systems to maintain consistency and accuracy throughout the supply chain.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholder inquiries related to FSQA data, trend analysis, validation, and data manipulation.
  • Meet team KPIs focused on improving the efficiency and accuracy of work output.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a similar scientific discipline.
  • At least 1 year of previous work experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety systems and HACCP.
  • Familiarity with food labeling legislation for the assigned region: UK, EU, Canada, or Australia and New Zealand.
  • Experience using Google Workspace, MS Office, or related tools to create spreadsheets and presentations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work in the designated time zone for the assigned region: UK, EU, Canada, or Asia-Pacific.
  • Preferred candidates are self-starters who are eager to develop their knowledge and skills.
