Description

  • Support the setup, management, and daily optimization of user acquisition campaigns on Apple Search Ads (ASA), Google UAC, TikTok, and Meta.
  • Monitor daily budget pacing and global campaign performance, ensure KPIs are met, and maintain up-to-date reporting.
  • Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop, test, and iterate high-performing mobile ad assets.
  • Partner with ASO, CRM, and Product teams to ensure a seamless user journey from click to subscription.
  • Run and assist with A/B tests and audience segmentation experiments to improve CPA, retention, and ROAS.
  • Support monitoring of Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) events to ensure tracking accuracy and data integrity.
  • Maintain internal documentation, marketing calendars, and tools to improve operational efficiency and campaign coordination.
  • Act as a bridge between technical execution and creative performance, translating data insights into actionable optimizations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including 1–2 years focused on mobile performance or app-based user acquisition.
  • Practical experience setting up and managing campaigns in Apple Search Ads or Google UAC.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets in Excel/Sheets or BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to translate technical app data into clear performance updates.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaign launches and creative deadlines concurrently.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn mobile attribution concepts (SKAN, ATT) and MMP workflows.
  • Familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners such as Adjust or AppsFlyer (preferred).
  • Experience in a B2C subscription or e-commerce environment (preferred).
  • Exposure to programmatic app platforms (e.g., Liftoff, Moloco, Appier) is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) and interest in automation tools like Zapier or Google Ads Scripts (preferred).
