Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via live chat.
  • Respond quickly and kindly to customer inquiries while meeting response-time and customer satisfaction SLAs.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, the switching process, invoices, and meter readings.
  • Coordinate with the 2nd Level Support team to resolve complex cases.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the industry’s products and topics.
  • Maintain smooth operational processes in live chat support.
  • Handle multiple customer chats at once efficiently and proactively.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, ideally in live chat support.
  • Experience working with Intercom.
  • Ability to handle multiple chats at once while working quickly and efficiently.
  • Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly and simply.
  • Excellent English skills at C1 level for English-speaking agents.
  • Excellent German and English skills at C1 level for German-speaking agents.
  • Initial experience in the industry is a plus, but not required.
