Description

  • Coordinate and execute influencer campaigns from planning through completion with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Lead product seeding initiatives by coordinating with the VIP team and distribution centers to place products with the right creators.
  • Develop campaign briefs that align product messaging with social trends to improve conversion.
  • Create and manage tracking codes and UTMs to maintain accurate performance measurement.
  • Use Excel to manage data feeds, track campaign metrics, and analyze performance.
  • Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights for future growth.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for influencers and partners while upholding brand guidelines.
  • Build productive long-term relationships with creators and collaborators.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure assets are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance-driven influencer marketing.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition metrics such as CAC, incremental/marginal CAC, and ROI.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort using data to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Clear and effective communication skills for briefing influencers and internal teams.
  • Interest in social media trends, emerging platforms, and content formats in wellness and food verticals.
  • Direct experience with influencer platforms such as AspireIQ or CreatorIQ (preferred).
  • Interest in content production, creator marketing, and emerging digital marketing trends (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the food or wellness vertical is a major plus.
